Two offices, one practice
Every patient on this page is cared for at one of our two Virginia offices. There is no Rappahannock Foot & Ankle Specialists clinic in any of the surrounding towns. Both offices share one patient record, so you can be booked at whichever is easier for you to reach.

Do you have an office in Spotsylvania, King George, Culpeper, or the other areas you serve?
No. Rappahannock Foot & Ankle Specialists has two offices, one in Fredericksburg at 195 Falcon Drive and one in North Stafford at 450 Garrisonville Road, Suite 115. Patients from Spotsylvania, Falmouth and South Stafford, King George, Caroline County, Culpeper, Louisa, and Westmoreland County travel to one of those two offices to be seen.
Which office will I be seen at?
Patients coming from the communities listed on this page are seen at our Fredericksburg office at 195 Falcon Drive. Our North Stafford office at 450 Garrisonville Road, Suite 115 is usually the easier trip for patients coming from the north. What are the office hours?
The Fredericksburg office is open Monday 8:00 to 5:30, Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 to 5:00, and Friday 8:00 to 2:30. The North Stafford office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 and Friday 8:00 to 2:30. Both offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
Most plans let you book directly with a podiatrist. Some HMO and Medicare Advantage plans do ask for a referral from your primary care doctor first. If you are not sure, call the office and our staff will check for you before your visit.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are in network with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Anthem BC/BS Federal, Anthem HealthKeepers, CareFirst, Cigna, Humana, Humana Military (TRICARE), MedCost, Medicare, MultiPlan/PHCS, Sentara PPO (Non-Medicaid), UnitedHealthcare, and VA Community Care. Several of these also cover Medicare Advantage plans. We are not currently accepting new Medicaid patients, or Medicaid patients who have not been seen within the current year.
Where are surgeries performed?
Procedures that can be done in the office, such as ingrown toenail correction, happen at the office where you are seen. Surgical cases that need an operating room are performed at Stafford Hospital.
