About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Rehm joined Paraclete in October 2023. She has worked for over 20 years doing manual therapy, acute care and burns, home health, and short-term staffing. She was raised in Idaho and attended the University of Utah and University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she earned her degree in physical therapy in 1987.
Along with treating the foot and ankle, Elizabeth enjoys working with patients who have pelvic alignment issues, as the two often go hand-in-hand. She performs dry needling and loves to see the difference physical therapy can make in getting patients stronger and experiencing less pain.
Outside the clinic, Elizabeth has been married 28 years and has three grown children. She enjoys traveling, rollerblading with her dog, playing roller hockey, skiing, and cooking. She is a youth adviser for middle and high schoolers at her church and recently retired from almost 10 years serving on the Fredericksburg City School Board.
